Offer to purchase

I have inspected the property located at the below address and would like you to submit an offer to the owner. I am aware that the offer is subject to the necessary due diligence necessary before exchange of contracts an occur.

The offer that I/we would like to submit is:

I/we, understand that unless our offer is for the asking price, that if someone else makes an offer on the same property that is higher than ours we could miss out.

This declaration does not place any legal obligation to purchase the property until such time as a contract has been exchanged. Until such time the seller is also not legally obligated to sell to me/us.
